According to a Blount family genealogy, http://tngenweb.org/decaturtn/families/blount_family.html, John H. Blount (1829-1876) first married Lucinda C. Yarbro and then married Mary E. Flowers (1844-1916); one of his children with the second wife was Henry Clay Blount (1865-1896). I have no proof that this is the same as the father of Willis Clayton Blount.
