Career
(Gwillim-Moore genealogy says:) He came to America on the ship "John and Dorothy," to Watertown, MA. By 1646, he had settled in Oyster Bay, NH (present-day Durham). He had a grant of 20 acres in 1651, 5 acres in 1660, and 100 acres in 1662. On March 23, 1686/7, he deeded 40 acres to his granddaughter Elizabeth Hill and her husband Samuel.
